AutoBARF® Gold, Platinum and Monthly Membership

Terms and Conditions

Free shipping applies to BARF World® Inc. Platinum, Gold or Monthly members only. BARF World® Platinum, Gold or Monthly members receive free standard ground shipping to addresses within the Continental United States. Perishable products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO Boxes/Military addresses. 

As an AutoBARF® (automatic shipments) customer, you are automatically charged for your scheduled order and shipped items based on the frequency you selected, unless you change your shipping frequency, quantity of product or cancel your membership.

As an active Platinum, Gold or Monthly member of BARF World®, shipping is free on all orders that are 48 pounds or more. For orders less than 48 pounds, free shipping is applied toward only one order per month.  When placing an additional order within a month’s time that is less than 48 pounds, you will be subject to additional shipping charges, for which you will be responsible.  Note: this also includes any/all non-perishable products. Please contact our office at 866-282-2273 with any additional questions. 

In most cases, for any and all orders outside the Continental United States (Alaska/Hawaii) a portion of your shipping charges will be free.  Depending upon your location, additional shipping charges may apply and can vary. Shipments and fees may vary, depending on Customs Regulations. 

Although BARF World® has taken every reasonable measure to maintain sufficient inventory to fulfill your order, availability of product(s) may change without notice. BARF World® is not responsible for unavailability of products due to supply demand, whether discontinued or still in production. We will make every effort to contact you prior to shipment in the event this does occur.

If your pet has any food allergies, or if you are otherwise concerned about any particular ingredients, please be sure to check all individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients and nutritional content for any/all BARF World® products, including new and improved items. 

If at any time you wish to cancel your BARF World®, Inc, Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership, you must call 1-866-282-BARF® (2273) or email info@barfworld.com to cancel. The BARF World® Platinum, Gold or Monthly annual membership fee will not be refunded or prorated for any memberships cancelled by a member before the membership expiration date. To prevent renewal charges, you must call or email to cancel your membership before the date your membership is scheduled to renew. 

Conditions

You must have a BARF World®, Inc. customer account in order to sign up and use AutoBARF® (automatic shipments) Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership. We reserve the right to refuse membership at our discretion.  Various special product(s), order(s), handling fees and/or taxes may apply to eligible purchases. If items in your order are not eligible for the AutoBARF® Platinum, Gold or Monthly program’s free standard shipping, there may be additional shipping charges for ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, changing your shipping address, expediting orders or preferences may affect your AutoBARF® Platinum, Gold or Monthly eligibility. Please note:

  • One-day, two-day, three-day and four-day shipping are terms we use to determine your estimated delivery date based on your location (these terms do not reflect product availability or our estimated shipping date);
  • All orders will be shipped FedEx Ground. If you need to expedite an order. You may be responsible for the additional shipping surcharge for expedited service.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date (weather delays, carrier delays, etc.).
  • Any/all order cancellation requests must be made by 2:00 CST the Friday prior to your scheduled order. Any request after the cut-off will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. BARF World® does not guarantee that late requests will result in the cancellation of your order.

Fees and Renewal

The annual membership fee for BARF World®, Inc. Gold is $119.00 and BARF World®, Inc. Platinum membership is an annual fee of $139.00. The BARF World® Gold or Platinum membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth below. The AutoBARF® Monthly membership will be charged at a monthly rate of $17.99 and may be cancelled at any time. Taxes may/may not apply on both the membership fees. Unless you notify us before renewal that you want to cancel or do not wish to renew your BARF World®, Inc. Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership, your membership will automatically renew and you have authorized us (without notification to you) to collect the then-applicable annual membership fee and any taxes, using the credit card we have on file for you. Due to the rising costs of gas, every order will incur a Fuel Service Fee of $5.48. 

Membership Cancellation

If your BARF World® Gold or Platinum membership renews and you request a full refund, we will only refund your full membership fee before you have made any eligible purchases prior to renewal date. Any purchases made after your renewal date will not be subject for a refund. You are not entitled to any refund of the membership fee if you cancel your membership after you have made any eligible purchases. If you cancel your BARF World® Monthly membership after the monthly renewal date, you are not entitled to any refund for that month. You may cancel your BARF World®, Inc. Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership at any time by calling 1-866-282-2273 and speaking with a BARF World® representative or emailing info@barfworld.com. A cancellation confirmation is available upon request which will be sent via email.

Agreement Changes

We may, at our discretion, change our BARF World’s general Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of the BARF World®, Inc, Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership, without notice to you. However, any increase in the membership fee will not apply until your membership is renewed. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. If for any reason you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to call and cancel your membership.

Termination by BARF® World, Inc.  

We reserve the right to terminate your BARF World®, Inc. Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership at our discretion and without notice. If your membership has been terminated by BARF World®, you may be approved for a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, BARF World® reserves the right to deny a refund (full or prorated) for termination of your BARF World® Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, which violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law; involving fraud or misuse of the BARF World® Platinum, Gold or Monthly membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user.
