and Platinum Membership

Terms and Conditions

Free shipping applies to AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM eligible items only. “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM” members receive free standard shipping to addresses within the Continental U.S. Perishable product cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or military addresses. With AutoBARF®, you are automatically charged and shipped your items based on the frequency selected unless you change shipping frequency, quantity of product or cancel your membership.

As an active member of “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM”, when you decide to place an additional order over and above your normal “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM” scheduled order, you will also receive free standard shipping on the extra order.

If at any time you wish to cancel your AutoBARF® Gold or Platinum membership, you must call 1-866-282-BARF® (2273) to cancel. Membership cancellations will only be accepted by phone. The AutoBARF® Gold and Platinum annual membership fee will not be refunded or prorated for any memberships cancelled before the membership expiration date.

For any and all orders outside the Continental US, a portion of your freight charges will be FREE but, depending on your location, additional shipping charges may apply and will vary.

Although BARF® World has taken every reasonable measure to have sufficient inventory to fill your order, availability of product(s) may change without notice. BARF® World is not responsible for unavailability of product due to popular demand, whether discontinued or still in production. We will make every effort to contact you prior to shipment if this does occur.

Please be sure to check all individual product packages for the most updated information regarding ingredients and nutritional content for any/all BARF® World products, including new and improved items, if your pet has any food allergies or if you are otherwise concerned about any particular ingredients.

Conditions

You must have a BARF® World customer account in order to sign up for and use “AUTOBARF® GOLD or PLATINUM”. We reserve the right to refuse membership at our discretion. Some special product, order, handling fees and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If some items in your order are not eligible for the “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM” program’s free standard shipping, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM” eligibility. Please note:
    • One-day, two-day and three-day shipping are terms we use to determine your estimated delivery date (these terms do not reflect product availability or our estimated shipping date);
    • We may ship the products by ground or air methods at our discretion (these terms do not correspond to any carrier-branded shipping services);
    • Our carriers usually do not pick-up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays;
    • We do not guarantee delivery of products within the estimated transit time or by the estimated delivery date.

Fees and Renewal

The annual membership fee for “AUTOBARF® GOLD” is $79.00 and AUTOBARF® PLATINUM is $99.00. From time to time, we may offer different subscriptions terms, and the membership fees for such subscriptions may vary. The “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM” membership fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth below. Taxes may apply on either or both the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM Members”.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE RENEWAL THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO RENEW YOUR “AUTOBARF® GOLD OR PLATINUM” MEMBERSHIP, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR “AUTOBARF® GOLD OR PLATINUM” MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Membership Cancellation

We will refund your full membership fee if you cancel your “AUTOBARF® GOLD or PLATINUM” membership before you have made any eligible purchases. You are not entitled to any refund of the membership fee if you cancel your membership after you have made any eligible purchases. You can cancel “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM” at any time by calling 1-866-282-2273 and speaking with a BARF® World representative.

Agreement Changes

We may, at our discretion change these Terms, BARF® World’s general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of the “AUTOBARF® GOLD and PLATINUM” membership, without notice to you. However, any increase in the membership fee will not apply until your membership is renewed. If you cancel your “AUTOBARF® GOLD or PLATINUM” membership before the effective date of these changes, we will give you a prorated refund of your membership fee. This refund option does not apply to any other changes we may make. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP OF “AUTOBARF® GOLD OR PLATINUM” AFTER A CHANGE IN THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your “AUTOBARF® GOLD or PLATINUM” membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the “AUTOBARF® GOLD or PLATINUM” membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
