Terms and Conditions
Free shipping applies to AUTOBARF® GOLD eligible items only. “AUTOBARF® GOLD” members receive free standard shipping to addresses within the Continental U.S. Perishable product cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or military addresses. With AutoBARF®, you are automatically charged and shipped your items based on the frequency selected unless you change shipping frequency, quantity of product or cancel your membership.
For any and all orders outside the Continental US, a portion of your freight charges will be FREE but, depending on your location, additional shipping charges may apply and will vary.
90-day Trial Memberships“AutoBARF® GOLD” 90-day trial membership is valid for 90 days from the date of acceptance of the “AUTOBARF® GOLD” terms and conditions. At the end of 90 days, all trial memberships will automatically rollover to an “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership and the annual charge of $49.00 will automatically be applied to your account. Annual membership fees and conditions are subject to change. You may cancel your trial “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership at any time before the 90 day trial period is over by calling the BARF® World office at 1-866-282-2273 and speaking with a BARF® World representative.
ConditionsYou must have a BARF® World customer account in order to sign up for and use “AUTOBARF® GOLD”. We reserve the right to refuse membership at our discretion. Some special product, order, handling fees and/or taxes may still apply to eligible purchases. If some items in your order are not eligible for the “AUTOBARF® GOLD” program’s free standard shipping, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect “AUTOBARF® GOLD” eligibility. Please note:
Fees and RenewalThe annual membership fee for “AUTOBARF® GOLD” is $49.00. From time to time, we may offer different subscriptions terms, and the membership fees for such subscriptions may vary. The “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth below. Taxes may apply on either or both the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for “AUTOBARF® GOLD”.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE RENEWAL THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO RENEW YOUR “AUTOBARF® GOLD” MEMBERSHIP, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR “AUTOBARF® GOLD” MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Membership CancellationWe will refund your full membership fee if you cancel your “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership before you have made any eligible purchases. You are not entitled to any refund of the membership fee if you cancel your membership after you have made any eligible purchases. You can cancel “AUTOBARF® GOLD” at any time by calling 1-866-282-2273 and speaking with a BARF® World representative.
Agreement ChangesWe may, at our discretion change these Terms, BARF® World’s general Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of the “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership, without notice to you. However, any increase in the membership fee will not apply until your membership is renewed. If you cancel your “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership before the effective date of these changes, we will give you a prorated refund of your membership fee. This refund option does not apply to any other changes we may make. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP OF “AUTOBARF® GOLD” AFTER A CHANGE IN THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
Termination by UsWe may terminate your “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the “AUTOBARF® GOLD” membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
