recieve my membership card. When will I receive it?
I've already renewed my WWBA membership, but
I received a renewal notice. Should I be concerned?

I buy the BARF World products from my distributor or from a retailer but they don’t honor the 10% discount. How do I receive my discount?
How
can I replace a lost/stolen membership card?
The cost of a replacement membership card is $10. Please
call BARF World Inc. toll free at 1-866-282-BARF or make
check
payable to BARF World Inc and mail with your name, address
and membership number (if possible) to: 3840 Blackhawk Road
Suite 100, Danville, CA. 94506. A replacement card will be
mailed in
2 to 3 weeks.

Once you've joined or renewed, you will receive your membership
card in 4 to 5 weeks. If you don't receive it in this time
frame, please call our toll free number at 1-866-282-BARF.

If you have recently renewed your membership, please disregard
any further renewal notices. Although we work to process renewals
as quickly as possible, there is the chance that you may receive
a second notice before your payment has been processed.

Can
memberships be shared?
Memberships are non-transferable. WWBA memberships are valid
only for the named individual on the membership card. To ensure
that membership privileges are not abused, we ask that members
present a valid ID along with their membership card when purchasing
from a BARF World distributor. The WWBA is not-for-profit
and we rely on membership for research support.
